Getting started with Promato
You can either request access to the Demonstration club, or sign up immediately for the 90 day free trial. Just fill out the contact form and we'll get things underway.
Value for moneyPromato is offered as a service with a reasonable annual fee based on the number of members.
Annual cost is $NZ1 per member.
(for clubs and organisations in New Zealand).
This is rounded up to the nearest multiple of 20. The minimum annual charge is $100. Amounts are excluding gst.
Clubs or organisations in other Countries pay 1 unit of their currency per member so long as it equates to at least $NZ1. e.g. Australa is $A1 and USA is $US1.
There are no other costs unless you want to import an existing member list into the database. There is a $100 charge for checking and importing data from a spreadsheet. This is necessary to ensure the integrity of the system
90 day free trial
It works like this. You get a fully configured system that you can use without limitation at no charge for 90 days. No doubt you will have questions and you will get full support.
If after 90 days, you decide to continue, you will be charged for the annual fee starting at that date and based on your member numbers.
If you do not continue then we simply say our goodbyes and you pay nothing (except what you may have already paid for the import service). You can even export all your data.
